Description
Acicular bainite ductile iron roll adding nickel, manganese, chromium, molybdenum and other alloying elements, it is a needle-like organization(martensite and bainite) matrix, higher than the pearlite ductile iron roll strength, toughness and more well, wear Sui has improved markedly. Can be static casting production. This feature roll is spherical graphite, its properties and indefinite chill roll alloy similar to its higher strength than the indefinite chill roll. Generally use static or dynamic cast.
